What's New - 14 June 2007

At looong last, I've added some new items. My collection has only grown slowly, but I've received some excellent pictures and documentation from my collector friends in Russia that I will be sharing with you. These updates will concentrate on correcting and expanding two areas in particular - Mining Ministries (formerly Coal Industry) and Railways. I've finished the Mining section but the Railways section will take a couple weeks. When I'm done, I will have documented the majority of Railways caps used throughout the Soviet era - back to the 1930's.
